About This

  • [DURACORD ROPE]: Synthetic blend that is as soft as cotton with the durability of polyester. This rope is All-Weather and resistant to impurities. DuraCord is the densest rope on the market resulting in less stretch and increased support when relaxing.
  • [CUMARU SPREADER BAR]: Brazilian hardwood, similar to teak, is 5 times denser than pine, cedar, and redwood. Ages naturally to a beautiful silver grey. Exclusive to Hatteras Hammocks.
  • [DOUBLE-LATCH WEAVE]: Individual ropes are handwoven to pull against each other to produce a lattice-like design, eliminating the need for knots within the rope bed. This also allows us to use almost twice the amount of rope in each hammock than most of our competitors.
